The fourth edition of the Public Policies, Cities, and Regions (PPCR) workshop, organized by CERGIC (ENS de Lyon) and GATE (Univ. of Lyon and Univ. of Saint-Etienne), will take place at ENS Lyon on December 10-11, 2025.

The workshop will feature presentations by leading economists on a range of public policy issues related to urban and regional economies. Topics will include placed-based policies, housing markets, land use, and environment policies.
